Items

Will my item look exactly as pictured on the website?

Each piece of Marble and Travertine we produce will be entirely unique with individual features. No two pieces of stone are the same. Should you have a specific request regarding certain markings or features, please contact us so that we can show you the available stones and ensure this meets your expectations.

Where does your Marble and Travertine come from?

All of our stones are hand-picked in Italy and shipped to London (UK) for fabrication and assembly.  

Can you create bespoke items?

Yes absolutely. The majority of our orders are custom-made bespoke items. Please get in touch to discuss any ideas you may have.  

How do I care for my Marble and Travertine Furniture?

For daily cleaning, we recommend using a damp non-abrasive cloth to wipe off any stains, alongside a neutral spray. Please ensure to avoid any acidic detergents or abrasive cleaning products as this may permanently damage or scratch the surface of the stone. 

Whilst we do seal all of our furniture prior to delivery, it is very important that if any acidic, oil-based or coloured liquids come into contact with one of our products, that it is wiped immediately. Although Marble and Travertine are both durable and heavy stones, they need to be looked after with care and attention. Further sealing treatments of Maison Rive Droite’s stone furniture should be performed by a reputable professional or at the client’s own risk.

Delivery

What are your lead times?

We aim to deliver all orders within 7-14 days. In the rare event that we cannot deliver your product within 14 days, we will let you know as soon as we have received your order.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do, please get in touch via email (enquiries@maisonrivedroite.com) to discuss shipping rates and delivery options.

How are the items delivered and assembled?

We have a specialised delivery team that assemble and deliver the item to your room of choice. We will get in touch 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm access. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure there is suitable access for the item to be delivered safely.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit for all custom-made bespoke orders and full payment at the time of purchase for any orders placed via our website. Due to our very efficient lead times, we unfortunately cannot accept any cancellations or changes after a deposit or full payment has been made. As soon as your order is placed, it is then sent to our workshop for processing. Each of our items are made-to-order and our hard-working team start working on them right away.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products being custom-made for each individual client, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds on any product purchased from Maison Rive Droite.
